Hello, my name is Jacob Hemstreet. I grew up on a family tree farm in Yamhill County Oregon, where I learned a strong work ethic, knowledge of forestry and agriculture, and the importance of strong coffee. After attending Chemeketa Community College, I joined the JATC Electrical program where I earned my Journeyman Electrical License. Working in construction for 8 years, I learned hands-on about new construction, remodel, additions, service work, and troubleshooting. Having worked a large portion of my career on remodels and service work, I have an in-depth knowledge of how to work on, and how homes were constructed, from the late 1800’s to present. I put this knowledge to use daily, helping clients understand more about the home that they are purchasing and giving them insight of how it was constructed and oftentimes remodeled.
Hello, my name is Bethany Hemstreet. I grew up here in Yamhill County and have a broad knowledge of the area that I have had the privilege to call home my entire life. I have been a small business owner since 2015 where I have learned management, organizational and marketing skills. I am the person who compulsively checks my emails and loves making and crossing things off of a list. I will be here every step of the way to guide you through the paperwork and keep you and your transaction on schedule. Jacob and I first met when I was in kindergarten, and he was in first grade. We have been married since 2014, have 2 cats and had our first child, Josiah, in October 2019. We love raising our family in Carlton where we feel we can grow as part of the community.
